Dr. John Kalil

Dr. John Kalil is a psychologist based in the Washington, D.C. area, where he has practiced for the past 34 years.

Dr. Kalil's corporate practice focuses on facilitating comunication and team building among groups. As a management analyst, he studies operational structures and work systems with a view to maximizing effective communication within business organizations. Dr. Kalil has experience in arbitration, mediation and conflict resolution, and consults with Sharp's clients on personnel and assessment issues.

Dr. Kalil's wide-ranging experience includes work as a court psychologist and a position as the school psychologist for the prestigious Field School. Dr. Kalil spent nearly 20 years as a Medical Staff Consultant to the Psychiatric Institute of Washington, D.C.

Dr. Kalil was graduated from the University of Steubenville, and received his MA and PhD degrees from Catholic University.
